Costs
- Training at 300 euros per pax per day. Free for extra person brought along. Free for project team members.
- Conference at 15 euros per day for registered and project team members. 30 euros per day for walk-ins. Fees to cover food and refreshments directly and no further profit made by organizers.

Accomodation
Krefeld is about 20 km from the District Capital and fair location Düsseldorf, about 50km away from Cologne and 20km to the Netherland border. It is well equiped with Hotels of differenct categories. Ask me (Thomas Bayen) for help, I know many hotels through my business. Or just have a look at:
- if you like it small and beautiful
- If you like unpersonal but big franchise hotels...
- if you like it just cheap...
- Group arrangement to be announced later (or we might have to seize a castle)
Evening and weekend events
Events will be fixed if enough people are on the list. We have some possibilities like:
- Visit in the Linn Castle and its surrounding park
- arts and crafts on pentecost weekend
- Krefeld has a Airport for Gliders/Sailplanes. If weather is good we can arrange some flights
- We have a German-wide famous location for Jazz music, the Jazz-Cellar
- Real Linuxians will like the Krefeld Penguins or the Penguins in Krefeld :-)
