IDempiere World Conference 2013

Time

• Main conference will be at May 16.-17. (Thursday/Friday) in Krefeld in Die Kulisse, which is part of the local culture and Theater Center Fabrik Heeder. (This schedule is fixed!)

• 6th May till 21st May
  • May 6-10, 5 days of Administrator training (attendance fee to be announced, subsidised by sponsor - est 300 euros per day, free for core team members)
  • May 13-15, May 20-21, 5 days of Developer's training (attendance fee to be announced, subsidised by sponsor)
  • May 16-17, 2 days of Conference Content (15 euros per day / WALK-INS 30 euros a day)

Costs

• Training at 300 euros per pax per day. Free for extra person brought along.
• Conference at 15 euros per day. 30 euros if not registered below and walk in.
• Snacks, drinks and refreshments given
• A dinner event is given (at separate costs)
• Certificate of attendance is given

Krefeld is about 20 km from the District Capital and fair location Düsseldorf, about 50km away from Cologne and 20km to the Netherland border. It is well equiped with Hotels of differenct categories. Ask me (Thomas Bayen) for help, I know many hotels through my business. Or just have a look at:

Events will be fixed if enough people are on the list. We have some possibilities like:

• Visit in the Linn Castle and its surrounding park
• Krefeld has a Airport for Gliders/Sailplanes. If weather is good we can arrange some flights
• We have a German-wide famous location for Jazz music, the Jazz-Cellar
• Real Linuxians will like the Krefeld Penguins or the Penguins in Krefeld :-)
