Hacktoberfest
- We decide to participate in the hacktoberfest with the following projects
  - iDempiere Core
  - iDempiere REST
  - iDempiere Documentation
- We announce on official channels that the projects are participating in the Hacktoberfest.
- We host a kick-off day on October 16th and a close day on October 20th
- On the kick-off day we want to
  - We want to introduce everyone to hacktoberfest
  - Explain the basics
  - Identify the groups 3a. Guide the newbies through the process of creating their first pull request 3b. Work together with the regulars and prioritize tickets in jira and afterwards share that list for others to work on it We've mentioned here two groups
    - Newbies, we want them to make their first ever commit to iDempiere
    - Maintainers, we want to go throught Jira tickets to check what we want done from those members
