Ajudar The Report and Process Tab defines each report and process run in the system. Please note that the Print Format is only used for Document Print. For standard reports, you would not define a Print Format.

E.g., you cannot delete a Business Partner, if there are invoices for this partner record existing. You de-activate the Business Partner and prevent that this record is used for future entries.
