1. What's new from last week?

   • Community News:

2. Attracting monthly donors - follow up
   • Decision is to
     • Have the same list of buttons we have right now: https://www.idempiere.org/donate/ and highlight one
     • Create a section within the same page talking to certain implementors asking for a percentage with a calculator
     • We highlight the 100 USD button in the middle
   • The meeting on October 20th we use the meeting time to set up the server to use for iDempiere's finances.
   • In the two meetings before that we work on the next two meetings just on that. Brainstorming the why, the core of what we want to communicate, how we want to communicate it ...
   • ideally after two meetings (right before the server meeting) we have already a draft version that we can work on.
   • Putting out this message around the time of the new release could have a great impact, IMHO
   • If everything goes as planned
     • We are releasing a new version
     • We are releasing a better documentation approach
   • So, we show people that the project is improving and it is a good time to explain how donations can make it even better
