4. Sponsorship initiative - Follow up ( potential first campaign) special guest @norbertbede
   • Notes for the initiative:
     • The project creates the campaing with the official user in the chosen platform, but then it is the job of the backer to push it through forums and actively getting sponsors.
     • The project can push the camping through official accounts, if previously agreeed by the committee. But the content has to be created by the backer.
     • The budget must always include compensation for the effort from the core team.
     • A constant communication with the core team is essential for the success of these campaings.
     • It is highly recommended to include the core team in the design phase of the solution to make the process smoother and avoid potential bottlenecks and rework.
   • Actions for next meeting to continue with this topic:
     • Create a wiki with the Crowdfunding FAQ and information about the initiative
