Crowdfunded sponsorship for specific developments - follow up: Sponsorship proposal submission template design, guidelines, what is expected, tools
- Guidelines:
  - a) at first we limit that to top makers (we can re think that in the future to see if opening it for everyone would benefit the project).
  - b) at first we limit that to core developments, no plug-ins at the beginning.
  - c) If a top maker stops contributing voluntarily and only does via sponsorship, it loses its top contributor status and cannot use the initiative anymore.
  - d) Final result must be open and work with iDempiere vanilla (latest version). -- Irrelevant for the first approach
- Potential points for the submission template
- Considerations:
  - Investor code of conduct
  - Coordinator code of conduct
  - developer code of conduct
  - Does not necessarily need to different docs...
- So before the people joins the crowdfunding. It should be clear why they are sending money, how that money will be spent (as detailed as possible), what will they get in return and when to expect that
- We should define some processes or guidelines for investors and participants in general. Then there is not so much room for interpretation
- If done properly and with transparency this can bring us together. If not, it can create fractures
