   • We need to highlight pages that we know represent the greatest opportunity for improvement.
4. iDempiere 10 - Release freeze
   • We announce the release freeze and help the core team with the following activities:
     • a) Community test day planning
     • b) Based on the results, we decide if we need a "Developers day" to address the found issues and stabilize the release version
     • c) Simultanously we ask for: Names proposals - banner images proposals
   • When we discuss about the test day, we want to talk about the easiness to install and test the new version (on their own servers).
5. Conference planning
   • We host the conference in Bahrain.
   • If the project continues with the financial projects, we should be transparent about saying $X of your attendance fee is going to contribute to supporting their travel.
