3. Documentation community event, quick orientation date (postponed)
   • July 1st, no meeting, quick community orientation instead at the same time
   • We created a draft of the announcements to be made during the week
4. Social Media post planning
   • The focus this week is attendance announcement for the documentation event. That's what should be posted all week
5. Potential iDempiere world conference
   • We think February would be a better date for the conference. We resend the poll with the new dates and come back to the organization with those results
