2. iDempiere community survey - followup
   • We put Ubuntu back in the OS question, and ask which Linux based OS.
   • Branching better than back button, the browser back button works
   • we discuss in a future meeting this point:
     • Can we consider creating a GW home page widget that links to this survey? This way, anytime someone installs iDempiere, they see it? (putting here so the thought does not fall from my head)
3. Idea to refresh gardenworld sample data
   • The current sample data does not provide new users with the best features of iDempiere, the financial reports could be improved, print formats are not optimized, which makes iDempiere look ancient. This is the proposal:
     • make chart of accounts IFRS consistent (hardly any change)
       • add IFRS as an accounting schema type.
       • update all the GH transaction dates to current years (we have an existing process to do this and can be run at any time so we put it in the adempiere System menu)
       • rewrite all the financial reports to more sensible formats than Jorg used.
     • add a Trial Balance in the Financial Reports so people can see how untransferred P&L amounts in prior years can be managed.
     • add an example budget and data.
     • add P&L Financial Reports with comparison to budget.
       • add all the financial report improvements that Deepak has converted from adaxa-adempiere. [work must be 99% done now]. Use these features in the new GW Fin Report examples.
     • add the process to allow you to import budgets from a csv which has columns for the accounting schema elements, 12 periods of $ and 12 periods of qty.
     • add the process to import the budget flat file ... which we also frequently use to import actuals GL history from old systems for multiple years.
     • just added- configure many list reports like Aging so they make sense to a new user and they can see how they are configured using Group By, Sort and Sum etc.
   • We agree with all the proposals made by @steven. We now need to materialize the idea
