  - @druiz will create a list and it to the committee plus the founders for their review and approval.
  - for this and future releases - the filter is made and proposed by the committee and reviewed/approved by the founders
Hero of the month survey follow-up
- There are two identified issues found with the Hero of the month initiative:
  - People are voting each month less and less for the hero of the mont
  - It seems to be the case that people vote for whom they know, instead of reading why everyone is nominated.
- Decision made:
  - Increase the voting timeframe (at the beginning of the month, it is important to have the results before the last week of the month)
  - Repeat the message inviting people to vote
  - Do votations blind and random
