2. Documentation and publicity
   • Chuck proposes to create a formal program where we encourage people to write about iDempiere and its distributions using their own medium. This would allow co-marketing efforts, and the project would link that content to official channels (website/wiki).
     • We communicate to the community constantly and gently that we encourge people to write and submit.
     • We create a form to submit such content, then we review it with the committee and give feedback to the author, when it is accepted we create a link on idempiere.org.
     • As a first instance we review the submission with the marketing committee during meeting times, doing everything public and allowing other to join.
3. New Website
   • The committee finds the website ok, we will proceed to publish it and replace the current one within the next weeks.
4. How can you help? Call to action
   • Document in the wiki the new feature: IDEMPIERE-4490 Set default Contact/User in SO, Invoice, M_InOut.
   • Communicate to the community constantly and gently that we encourge people to write and submit about iDempiere and their experiences.
   • Create the form to submit the articles/content
   • Include a recurring topic in this meeting for submissions review
