    7. There's a major contribution this week. the update of [iDempiere Fitnesse integration](https://github.com/idempiere/idempiere-fitnesse) done by @muriloht. This is a big plus
  1. Weekly meeting - how to improve it? Follow up
    1. Some more mature projects such as WordPress have weekly meetings but of specific teams: Marketing meeting, design meeting, core meeting, documentation meeting, etc ...
    2. Propose improvements
    3. Important design discussions
    4. A project does a 15 minutes weekly meeting: "Last week in ____" -> Stay up to date with iDempiere in 15 minutes a week
    5. Ubuntu has an open agenda, community members propose items during the week
    6. Drupal defines it as: One way to find out what’s happening in Drupal. This means, what has been done, what is the project currently working on, roadmap, plans
    7. NodeJS does a bi-weekly meeting of "trainings" or crash courses. One hour where they choose a topic and teach the audience about it.
    8. The proposal is for iDempiere to try first a weekly meeting "Last week in iDempiere (15 minutes to stay up to date with the project)". And bi-weekly do a +45 to talk about the roadmap-plans, etc...
  2. Next release - how can we help?
    1. We pursue to do a "Q&A to help promote the latest versions" -> The marketing commmitee supports the upcoming release by bringing together questions from developers feedback, users, etc. And answering them in a document for each significant feature to be introduced.
