1. What's new from this week?
   • New Features:
   • Bug fixes and some improvements
   • Allow custom mail template for the EMail Test process
   • Drop Rename DB Objects
2. Marketing committee. When should a person be removed from the committe.
   • We remove committee members after not attending 4 meetings without notice.
3. Hero of the month - repeated nomination
   • A hero of the month winner can be nominated again after 3 months, unless there's an outstanding contribution before that timeframe.
4. Quick update on last meeting's points. Eugene's summary, Top Makers interview draft.
   • Carlos tries to work on the draft this weekend
5. Others
   • In the next meeting we will discuss about how to engage the community more on testing pull requests to help the core team to approve them and move the project forward. We all have different ideas, is good to collect them and discuss them in the next meeting to address this problem.
   • Add the How to contribute page to the main wiki site.
   • Discuss what is expected/wanted for the website and wiki - sometimes the difference is unclear.
