Summary of the day:

1. Testimonials - how to proceed with the contributed video? Where to place it? Guidelines definition for future videos.
   • Define guidelines for next week's meeting replying to the correspondent thread. Approach identified developers directly inviting them to create testimonials. Take Eugene's video and publish it in a new section on the official website and social media.
2. SourceForge project of the week announcement
   • Post on social media that we got the award. Create a video in the near future showing all the recognitions that the project has received.
3. iDempiere usage statistics -> Ideas from last week's discussion
   • Transparency is key. it is a MUST that the user is 1) aware of what's being collected 2) capable of disabling the option easily. We want to collect the following data:
     • Number of installations
     • Country where it is installed
     • Number of users
     • Daily transactions
     • Industries
   • Actions: As a first step, we will create a JIRA ticket to collect the number of installations and country from the setup script.
4. Follow up Point System -> propose activities: activity, process, tracking, incentive(s)
   • Call on forums for "trackers" and see how the community responds to that, based on that we discuss further in the next meeting.
