How are toolbar button load

From ADWindowToolbar.init
1. First, all standard button is created
2. All button define at "ToolBar Button" window is load (only button have type is window)
3. By order of button on "ToolBar Button",
- if it's inactive it's not display (this is a way to hidden standard button)
- if it's customize button, it follow NF1.0_CustomWindowToolbarButton
- if it's same name with button created at step 1, it's add to toolbar
