Feature: Min Amount For Create Invoices
Goal: Functional
Description:
The Generate Invoices process can now be restricted to generate just invoices which total is greater or equal than a specified minimum amount.
On the same line the functionality to generate invoices based on an Invoice Schedule with minimum amount was fixed.
