NF9 PostgreSQL Default To Native Dialect

Description:

1. Starting from version 9, iDempiere default to PostgreSQL native dialect mode when running on PostgreSQL database.
2. If you are having problem with this and would like to change it back to the previous Oracle dialect mode, add -DPostgreSQLNative=N jvm parameter to your iDempiere startup script.
